The Menu Inspiration Academy
In these highly practical sessions you will see how to use everyday ingredients in unique ways, in order to create delicious but profitable takeaway products. You can take away menus from each presentation, which will include a recipe costing and what the projected profit is on each item – so you can put these ideas into play back at your own establishment.
Proudly sponsored by Goldstein Eswood, the Lunch Table is packed with competitions and seminars over the two days of the show.
See the best smoothie and juice makers compete for the Australian Smoothie and Juice Northern Region Champion title on Monday morning and sandwich artistes compete for the Great Australian Sandwichship Northern Region title on Monday afternoon.
