Working Lunch will bring together Australian and international food-to-go experts to discuss and debate current convenience foodservice issues. Topics will cover costs, marketing, shop layout/design, food-to-go trends from New York and the UK, and Australian trends in the take-home food and drink market.

The Menu Inspiration Academy
In these highly practical sessions you will see how to use everyday ingredients in unique ways, in order to create delicious but profitable takeaway products. You can take away menus from each presentation, which will include a recipe costing and what the projected profit is on each item – so you can put these ideas into play back at your own establishment.
